We have developed a unique social business model to add value for Hosts and Guests.
Community members find and promote accommodation through:

Host benefits:
Money - by renting out space for sleeping: a holiday home, a city flat, a spare room, a sofa bed or even the floor.
Trust - Guestbook feedback is 100% authentic and this builds trust. Networking with past Hosts/Guests also breeds trust. Being able to contact Host/Guests and read a Personal profile help build trust. 89% of travellers trust peer recommendations.

How does it work?
MyFriendsHotel is ’social networking for accommodation’. Bookings are made through MyFriendsHotel.com and a commission is charged. Listing an accommodation is free. Hosts and Guests are site members.
Profiles:
All members have a Personal Profile.
Hosts also have an Accommodation Profile.
Networking:
We encourage members to build online networks to enjoy their offline lives.
1. Networks can be build by inviting friends to join MyFriendsHotel.com.
2. By adding other members to your ‘Friends’
3. By adding Hosts / Guests / Accommodation to your ‘Favorites’.
3. By joining ‘Groups’ to find accommodation with like-minded people.
Search:
Guests will search for accommodation through: Location | Friends | Interests | Groups | Events
Booking:
1. Guest contacts Host to confirm availability and price.
2. Host confirms details.
3. Guests pays MyFriendsHotel.com and receives a ‘Verification Code’.
4. Guest arrives at Accommodation and gives Host the ‘Verification Code’
5. Host accesses funds using the unique ‘Verfication Code’
Cancellations:
Hosts are able to choose 1 of 4 options to manage cancellations.
